Pre-Registration Form - MUST BE POSTMARKED by October 8th

(Prices increase $20 after October 8th.)

$30 - Member Registration (Includes 1 lunch and 2019 DGA dues)

$45 - Non-Member Registration (Includes 1 lunch and DGA dues for the remainder of 2018 and 2019)

$5 each - Additional lunch tickets

$10 - Extra charge if you want the newsletter printed and mailed instead of emailed.


Only 1 registration is required per family or household.

Additional family members may attend by paying for lunch.



¨ All materials must be mounted on a 22”x28” poster board or trifold display board not to exceed 36”x48”.

¨ Display should cover only one topic, but any topic is fine.

¨ Posters MUST BE pre-registered by October 8th and brought to the conference by 9:30 am on October 12th.

¨ Posters must remain in place until the conference ends.

¨ Youth must do the work on the posters themselves.

¨ Posters may have also been used for other youth programs such as 4-H.

¨ Youth do not have to be present, but those in the audience will have an opportunity to talk about their poster and encourage voting.

¨ Judging will be done by conference participants on a secret ballot.

¨ Prizes awarded to the winners.

¨ Ages 15-18
